Terms of service
The rules for using HTML to Figma. By creating an account or using the plugin, you agree to them.
In effect from [date: to be added]
HTML to Figma is run by [legal name: to be added] ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us.
1. The service
HTML to Figma is a Figma plugin, with this website, that converts HTML into Figma layers. You need your own Figma account to use it. HTML to Figma is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Figma, Inc.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- One person may have one account. Do not create more accounts to get more free imports.
3. Imports
An import is one successful conversion: the plugin finished and the layers were created in your Figma file. Imports that fail, or that you cancel before they finish, are not counted.
4. Free early access
- HTML to Figma is free while it is in early access. There are no paid plans and no payments.
- Each person gets 30 imports every month, given on the 1st at midnight Indian time. Imports that are not used do not carry over.
- We may change the monthly allowance, or introduce paid plans, in the future. We will tell you before that happens, and you will never be charged unless you choose a plan yourself.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- get around the import limits, or help anyone else to,
- resell or sublicense your account or your imports,
- interfere with the service or try to access other people's accounts or data,
- use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
6. Your content
The HTML you import and the designs you create are yours. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the HTML you import, including when it comes from someone else's website.
7. Our content
The plugin and the website belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use them under these terms. Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc., and the name HTML to Figma only describes what the plugin does.
8. What to expect from the service
- HTML and Figma work differently, so an import may not match the original exactly. The known limits are listed on How it works.
- The plugin depends on Figma, which can change without notice. We will do our best to keep the plugin working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
- The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires.
9. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost work. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Ending
You can stop using HTML to Figma at any time, and ask us to delete your account. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused imports are lost.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and its date. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the plugin. Using HTML to Figma after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [city: to be added] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
