- The email address of your account
- What you were doing and what happened instead
- The error ID, if the plugin showed one
- For a payment question, the payment reference from your UPI app
Please do not send passwords, UPI PINs or card numbers. We never ask for them.
Report an issue
When an import fails, the plugin shows an error ID and a Report issue button. The button sends the ID and the plugin version for you. You can also email the ID to us.
Need more imports?
If 30 a month is not enough, tell us what you are working on. During early access we can raise the limit.
